TRACKING: We will send you tracking information via email as soon as it is available. 

We ship most products within 3-7 business days and will contact you if different shipping time is incurred.  

SHIPPING: We will ship products as soon as possible, but there are many products are special orders and do not get made until the order is placed. 

Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept or deny the shipment, and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence.   

Custom Orders: On items that are coming from overseas or are custom made, usually cannot be cancelled unless done so within 1 week.  On a case to case basis a cancellation may be approved over the one week allotted time but a cancellation fee of 15% off the original purchase price will be deducted on the refund. 


We recommend professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation. All hoods require hoods pins for safety reason. All manufacturers make their best effort to insure the item fits as close to the original factory part as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the automobile before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products. 

Defective Products:

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal bodywork prep and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on the products prior to return


In the rare case the item does not fit properly you MUST provide us with pictures from several different angles and/or videos showing the problem returns will not be accepted without proof. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (INVOICE NUMBER) We reserve the right to issue an Invoice number based on the manufacturer product warranty to us. No return will be permitted on any products that has been abused or modified in any way, except by our Technical Department. Modification includes the removal of, or attempted modification to, any identification labels attached to the product at the time of purchase. ALL RETURNS MUST IN ORIGINAL PACKING CONTAINER, INCLUDING ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS, CABLES, MANUALS, ETC., AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, AND THE INVOICE NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER, OTHERWISE THE RETURN MERCHANDISE SHIPMENT IS SUBJECT TO REFUSAL BY US. (The INVOICE # must be obtained from our Customer Service Department) a. PRODUCT RETURN FOR DEFECT OR TECHNICAL REASONS - All request for return authorization due to defect or technical problems must be handled by our Customer Service Department, and must be authorized by the Customer Service Manager. b. PRODUCT RETURN FOR NON-DEFECT OR NON-TECHNICAL REASONS - Both the Sales Manager and the Customer Service Manager must approve such returns. THESE RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE, based on the original sale price. No refund after 14 days. c. SHIPPING DAMAGE - We ship all product insured unless otherwise stated. If product is received damaged in shipment, a notation should be made on carrier delivery document and copy retained for return with the product. A report for damaged product must be requested within 24 hours or receipt of the damaged product. d. SPECIAL ORDERS - Product which is "special ordered" will not be accepted for return. e. ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

All items must have an authorized RA # and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund. 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We provide FREE shipping on some items. But in case of a return the shipping charges are non-refundable. Lambo Door Shipping charge is a Flat charge of $90.00 (lower 48 states) for all other items shipping chargers please see your Sales Order, also please note that most manufacturer charge a + 25% restocking fee on the balance of the item. 

VDI Motorsports does not accept returns on used items, custom made or custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight. 

VDI Motorsports will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any shipping charges. Any credit card or online order that is cancelled prior to shipment will be charge at least 5% transaction fee. Orders placed using PayPal must pass an inspection before any credit will be issued.  

International Customers :

International Customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties 

International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part.
